In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS, or you must schedule an INFOPASS appointment, on the USCIS website. When you come to your scheduled INFOPASS appointment, you must bring the printout of your INFOPASS appointment and your government issued photo identification.
INFORMATION COUNTER:
The information counter is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30AM to 11:00AM and 1:00PM to 3:00PM and Friday from 8:30AM to 11:00AM
The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
INFORMATION LOBBY:
If you do not have access to the internet, INFOPASS appointments may be scheduled using the INFOPASS kiosk located in information lobby of the Spokane Field Office.
The INFOPASS Kiosk is available for use Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM.

Take Interstate 90.
From the East on Interstate 90, exit at South Lincoln Street.
Head north on South Lincoln Street.
Turn left onto West Riverside.
The office is in the U.S. Courthouse on the right.
From the West on Interstate 90, take exit 280 for Maple Street.
Head north (left) onto Walnut Street.
Turn right onto 3rd Avenue.
Turn left onto Lincoln Street.
Turn left onto Riverside.
The office is in the U.S. Courthouse, the second building on the right.
